Inverted Wye Cam
This is as simple as it gets. The camera is supported on a post (1) that is connected to two arms (2) at 45 degrees with counter weights (3). The C of G and guidance point (4) are just under the camera which allows lightweight counter weights. The fingers are the support, connection, isolation and guidance systems. This works reasonably well with enough practice. Some foam between the fingers and the post can isolate some of the motions from walking. The wye PVC fitting has a bolt through it that connects to the base of the camera.
